Remote Procurement Specialist Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: $4–$6/hr | Shift: NightShift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) We're looking for a Remote Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in procurement, purchasing, and IT services who enjoys building efficient processes while managing day-to-day sourcing and procurement operations. You'll begin by supporting a key systems migration to HaloPSA before transitioning into ongoing procurement responsibilities. What You'll Be Responsible For Support the migration of product catalogs and quoting processes from Autotask to HaloPSA Build quote templates and document procurement workflows from quoting through receiving Research products, obtain competitive pricing, and prepare customer quotations Coordinate purchasing activities with the Finance Manager and manage purchase orders through delivery Verify received products against purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records Keep Dispatch and Technical Teams updated on procurement status to ensure timely project execution Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure contracts are accurately set up following completed sales Participate in Microsoft Teams meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements What We're Looking For 3 + years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sales support, preferably within an IT services or MSP environment Hands-on experience with PSA platforms such as HaloPSA, Autotask, ConnectWise, or similar Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment Experience collaborating across Finance, Dispatch, Customer Success, and Technical teams Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Bonus Points If You Have Direct experience with HaloPSA and/or Autotask Experience supporting system migrations or data transition projects Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and major technology vendors Experience documenting business processes and workflow improvements Why This Role Is Worth Considering Competitive compensation based on experience 100% remote with a consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to contribute to a major systems migration and long-term procurement operations Collaborative team environment with clear processes and supportive leadership Long-term opportunity with growth potential We're actively reviewing applications and moving quickly with qualified candidates.
