QA \& Chatbot Testing Analyst Help Shape the Future of AI Customer Experience Are you passionate about quality, testing, and creating great customer experiences? We're looking for a QA \& Chatbot Testing Analyst to ensure our AI-powered chatbot delivers accurate, helpful, and seamless interactions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business results. In this role, you'll test new chatbot features, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI experiences. What You'll Do Test chatbot conversations to ensure responses are accurate, helpful, and aligned with business requirements. Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new chatbot features and updates. Identify bugs, broken customer journeys, incorrect responses, and areas for improvement. Evaluate chatbot performance across the customer journey, from lead qualification to sales handoff. Support chatbot experiments, A/B testing, and new feature launches. Analyze chatbot performance and recommend improvements to increase customer engagement and conversion. Create test plans, QA documentation, and quality scorecards. Monitor key performance metrics such as response accuracy, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), lead quality, and conversion performance. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to continuously improve the chatbot experience. What We're Looking For Required 5\+ years of QA experience supporting digital products, SaaS applications, customer experience platforms, or chatbots. Experience with functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, and sales processes. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience testing AI chatbots, conversational AI, or virtual assistants. Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom Contact Center, Decagon, Qualified, or similar tools. Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
