Role: AI Videographer (Performance Creative) Function: AI Video Production | Performance Creative | Automation & Scale Responsibility: Own AI-powered video production for D2C performance ads Reports to: Post-Production Manager Location: Remote Collaboration Compensation $1,500 – $2,000 per month At Soar/Hambi Media, we partner with ambitious brands to create high-performance creative that doesn't just look exceptional — it drives measurable growth. As a creative agency built for modern consumer brands, we blend strategy, production and performance insight to deliver work that scales. As an AI Videographer, you'll act as the AI production unit within our creative ecosystem, translating creative strategy briefs into high-quality, performance-driven AI video outputs using tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0 and emerging platforms. Just as a traditional production team receives scripts, concepts and shot lists, you'll receive creative briefs and turn them into AI-generated video footage that's ready to edit and deliver. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, visual storytelling, AI tooling & prompt engineering, and performance optimisation. It isn't a passive "prompt-and-export" role — you're responsible for craft, consistency, speed and performance readiness, innovating through testing and learning to help scale our ability to deliver ads at scale. What you'll do: Creative Strategists will hand you concepts, scripts, angles, shot lists or visual intent, static shots, iteration requests, B-roll requests and hook visual requests. From there, you will: Translate creative briefs into precise visual prompts using tools like Sora 2, Veo 3, Arc Ads 2.0 and other emerging platforms. Generate AI footage assets aligned with creative briefs. Collaborate on and navigate creative feedback from internal teams. Continuously refine prompt systems, templates and workflows. Work with the senior editing team to define and advance SOPs and workflows. Feed back to, support and collaborate with our operations team to help develop AI production agents. Requirements What you'll bring: An obsession with AI-generated video and visual creation. Deep curiosity about AI and how creative converts in paid social. Comfort working at speed in a performance environment. Excitement about building systems, not just one-off outputs. A strong visual eye and understanding of pacing, framing and storytelling. The ability to interpret creative briefs and translate intent into visuals. Comfort iterating rapidly and responding to feedback. Strong attention to detail and output quality.
