We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our growing architectural team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded architect who enjoys working on a variety of residential and commercial projects and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a key member of a small architectural practice, you will serve as the principal architect's right hand, managing multiple projects from concept through construction documentation. You will be involved in both design and production, communicate directly with clients, and contribute to delivering thoughtful, high-quality architectural solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, technically strong in Revit, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple residential and small commercial projects simultaneously. Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design solutions that meet client objectives. Prepare complete construction documents, permit drawings, and detailed Revit models. Produce accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules. Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project consultants. Review project requirements, applicable building codes, and zoning regulations. Communicate directly with clients throughout all phases of the project. Participate in client meetings and present design concepts and project updates. Coordinate revisions based on client feedback and regulatory requirements. Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within established deadlines. Assist with project documentation, specifications, and consultant coordination. Support field verification and existing condition documentation when required. Utilize point cloud data for modeling and documentation when applicable (preferred but not required). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of architectural experience. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Strong experience producing complete construction documentation. Experience handling projects from design through production drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing. Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and architectural standards. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
