Location: Remote (Philippines) Job Type: Part-Time (10 Hours per Week) Client: US Real Estate Development Company About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed CPA / Accountant with hands-on experience in US accounting and taxation , preferably within the US real estate development industry . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US tax regulations, financial reporting, tax planning, and bonus depreciation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements. Handle US bookkeeping and accounting transactions. Prepare and assist with US tax planning and tax compliance. Analyze financial reports and project costs. Calculate depreciation and bonus depreciation. Support budgeting and financial forecasting. Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts. Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations. Assist management with financial analysis and strategic planning. Work closely with the client regarding financial matters. Qualifications Must be a Licensed CPA (Philippines). Minimum 3 years of accounting experience. Must have direct US accounting experience. Experience in US Real Estate Development is highly preferred.
