What You'll Own Content optimization: Improve existing pages to rank better and serve users better SEO implementation: On-page optimization, meta data, internal linking, structured data Content quality: Ensure healthcare information is accurate, helpful, and search-friendly Performance tracking: Monitor rankings, traffic, and user engagement from your optimizations You'll Thrive Here If You're driven by seeing measurable results - rankings improving, traffic growing You can work systematically You're resourceful and figure things out independently You want ownership over your work, not just task execution You're curious about how search engines work and stay updated on SEO Minimum Qualifications What We're Looking For Strong writing and editing skills Understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics) Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly Interest in healthcare topics (clinical background not required) Excellent English communication skills Ideal: Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing (but we'll train the right person)
