Job Summary We are looking for an experienced WordPress Lead to manage WordPress websites, work directly with clients, and lead a small team of people. The ideal candidate has strong WordPress expertise, fluent English communication skills, and extensive experience managing client relationships and resolving challenges. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website-related matters Communicate confidently with clients through chat, email, and calls Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the team Lead and coordinate a small team of people Troubleshoot and navigate client and technical challenges Ensure WordPress projects and ongoing maintenance are delivered effectively Support testing and maintenance processes and help develop team knowledge to reduce dependency on a single team member Present professionally and build strong client relationships Requirements 5+ years of professional WordPress experience Extensive experience managing WordPress websites Strong client-facing and account management experience Deep expertise using AI to accelerate and improve Wordpress development Previous experience leading or managing a small team Excellent spoken and written English Highly confident communicating directly with clients Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable handling challenging client situations Senior-level WordPress expertise comparable to an experienced lead Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php68,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you comfortable communicating directly with clients via chat, email, and calls in English?
