Market Research/Lead Generation · Research potential markets (emerging industries and roles) to locate or propose potential business opportunity as well as continued expansion among existing clients · Maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and clients according to set targets · Maintain high level knowledge of Company’s portfolio of products / services Recruitment · Source qualified candidates for the job orders given by clients / consultants · Screen, profile candidates and provide detailed feedback to the hiring manager · Endorse quality candidates to consultants and monitor their status · Organizing and booking interviews between candidates and consultants · Job posting / advertising to potential candidates Project Management · Ensure to meet the agreed KPI with the Client · Develop and maintain relationship with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. · Manage a minimum of projects Reports generation · Generate and submit required reports by the Manager and client Administrative · Database Management · Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Quality · Ensure compliance to established quality processes. · Adhere to set quality standards from beginning to end of the recruitment process. Qualifications ● At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or other related field ● Experience with international recruitment (US, EMEA, APAC) is a huge plus ●Background in handling bulk hiring for blue-collar jobs ●Background in Mining, Construction, Oil \& Gas. ● Knowledge in Boolean searches, X-ray search, database search, and social media sourcing ● Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and sourcing platforms ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Proficient in all MS Office Applications ● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course Pay: Php25,000\.00 - Php50,000\.00 per hour Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
