Your Daily Task: - Oversee daily operations including supply chain, inventory, production, fulfillment, quality control, packing, and shipping. - Develop and improve SOPs, identify bottlenecks, reduce errors, and enhance workflow efficiency. - Guide and support the operations team, ensuring clear understanding of tasks, targets, and standards. - Manage supply chain and inventory to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent stockouts. - Ensure high order quality by implementing proper checking procedures to prevent wrong, missing, or damaged items. - Coordinate with Customer Support, E-commerce, Product, and Marketing for alignment on urgent orders, product availability, and new launches. - Track key operations metrics such as fulfillment accuracy, on-time shipments, delayed orders, and customer complaints to inform decision-making. Who we are looking for: - Experience in operations, supply chain, production, fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Proven problem-solving abilities. - Ability to remain calm under pressure. - Experience leading a team. - Strong communication skills for inter-departmental coordination. - Proactive and accountable mindset. - Adept at managing multiple moving parts without losing focus. - Interest in improving systems and processes.
