Team Lead – Healthcare AccountLocation Quezon City, Metro Manila Work Setup 100% Onsite Work Schedule US Business Hours Employment Type Full-Time Start Date Immediate Hiring Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a Healthcare account and drive operational excellence, team performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience within healthcare operations and a solid background in insurance, claims processing, and US benefits. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams, coach employees, handle escalations, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily team operations and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and service level targets. Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators. Prepare operational reports and business presentations for management and stakeholders. Analyze performance trends and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement. Team Leadership Conduct daily huddles, team meetings, and shift briefings. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Handle escalations and support agents in resolving complex issues. Compliance \& Quality Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA requirements. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Qualifications Required Completed at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO, shared services, or operations environment. Experience handling a Healthcare account. Strong background in Insurance, Claims Processing, and US Benefits. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willing to work onsite in Quezon City during US business hours. Preferred Extensive healthcare operations experience. Experience managing performance metrics and quality initiatives.
