HR ServiceNow Application Engineer Permanent Employment Quezon City \| Hybrid Setup (2 WFH \& 3 RTO) Nighshift Role Overview The HR ServiceNow Application Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, improve automation, and drive enterprise adoption of ServiceNow and related tools such as Azure DevOps. The engineer ensures alignment of system design with enterprise architecture standards, supports CI/CD practices, and contributes to the development of scalable and standardized ServiceNow solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and support solutions within ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Work with Azure DevOps for story tracking, feature delivery, and coordination of development activities. Communicate new platform capabilities and process updates to stakeholders to drive adoption and awareness across the enterprise. Design and implement scalable tools and processes to support IT and HR service teams. Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and governance across the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise design principles and business goals. Manage and support CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development and deployments. Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases for HRSD processes and APIs. Perform API integration, testing, and deployment within ServiceNow ecosystem. Support catalog development and end-to-end service request lifecycle management. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements and resolve issues. Required Skills \& Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD processes and platform capabilities. Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB is an advantage. Experience in API integration, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps. Experience working in CI/CD environments and agile delivery teams. Strong coordination skills with multiple product and development teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
