Paid for 5 days while working only 4 days a week (Remote) Work with a leading US Digital Marketing agency Night Shift \| 11:00pm to 07:00am Career growth and learning opportunities Additional perks from the client The Role: The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely client onboarding across client’s systems and platforms, providing performance teams with everything they need to launch campaigns smoothly and consistently. This role supports Paid Media, Organic Media, and Client Services by managing onboarding workflows, gathering and validating required information, configuring system access, and maintaining clear cross-department communication. Reporting directly to the Onboarding Manager within the client’s Support Department, this role plays a critical part in improving onboarding speed, reducing errors, and enabling teams to focus on higher-value client work. You are fiercely detail-oriented and organized You enjoy working as part of a team to take on and complete large projects You have an analytical mindset You take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and building repeatable systems that help teams move faster What you’ll do: Execute end-to-end client onboarding across Paid Media, Organic Media, and Client Services, ensuring all required information, assets, and access are collected, validated, and documented accurately. Manage pre-onboarding tasks, including contract distribution, signature tracking, W-9 collection, and validation of property and billing details. Configure and document onboarding setup across internal systems, including TaskRay, Salesforce, Google Drive, internal budget sheets, and asset folders. Coordinate technical setup, including GA4 access, GTM container creation, Google Search Console verification, Google Business Profile setup, Meta Business Suite configuration, and social profile access (including 2FA). Own client-facing onboarding communication to gather assets, credentials, and approvals, while maintaining clear cross-functional updates on onboarding status and timelines. Complete post-launch validation, including Salesforce service mappings, property accuracy audits, dashboard reviews, client access assignment, and PMC integration instructions. Identify onboarding inefficiencies, duplication, or gaps and escalate opportunities for process improvement to the Onboarding Manager. How success will be measured: TaskRay Efficiency ≥90% Onboarding tasks completed accurately and on time according to defined SLAs Reduction in onboarding errors, rework, and missing information at launch Improved onboarding cycle time through consistent execution and documentation Positive internal stakeholder feedback from Paid Media, Organic Media, and Client Services This job description outlines the core responsibilities and expectations of the role, but it is not exhaustive. You should have: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, onboarding, account setup, or a related coordination role. Experience supporting onboarding or account setup within digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, or related tools. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
