Overview WeLevel is looking for an Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize automation systems across our client accounts. This role focuses on implementing scalable workflows, ensuring compliance (including A2P requirements), and integrating tools to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business needs into efficient, reliable automation systems within GoHighLevel and connected platforms. Key Responsibilities Automation \& Workflow Development Build and manage automations within GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, campaigns, pipelines) Design and implement SMS, email, and CRM automation sequences Optimize existing workflows for performance, deliverability, and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly and effectively A2P Compliance \& Messaging Setup Manage A2P 10DLC registration and compliance requirements Ensure all SMS campaigns meet opt-in, opt-out, and regulatory standards Work with clients to implement proper consent language, privacy policies, and terms Monitor messaging performance and compliance to prevent delivery issues Integrations \& System Connectivity Set up and maintain integrations between platforms (e.g., CRMs, forms, calendars, third-party tools) Use tools like webhooks, APIs, and middleware platforms to connect systems Ensure accurate data flow between systems and maintain data integrity Support integrations with platforms like Twilio and other client tools Voice AI \& Advanced Automation Support setup and optimization of AI voice agents and chatbot workflows Configure call flows, routing logic, and automation triggers Test and refine user journeys across inbound and outbound communication Collaboration \& Support Work with Customer Success Managers and onboarding teams to launch client accounts Assist in technical onboarding, including domain connection, phone setup, and automation deployment Provide internal documentation and process improvements Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements 2\+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM systems Strong experience with GoHighLevel (preferred) Hands-on experience with A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance Experience with Twilio or similar SMS/voice platforms Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration tools Experience building workflows, triggers, and automation sequences Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Pay: Php70,000\.00 - Php80,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): Have you worked with A2P 10DLC registration?
