PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS PRIOR TO APPLICATION Note: This is an office set-up work with travel time REQUIRED (NON-HYBRID, NON REMOTE) 100% OFFICE WORK Hours Start Required: MID-NIGHT SHIFT (CALIFORNIA USA WORKING HOURS SET-UP) Employment Type: Full Time \| Independent Contractor \ \ \ METRO MANILA APPLICANTS ONLY\ \ \ JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST An HR Generalist manages daily HR functions, acting as a liaison for recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, policy enforcement, and performance management, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive culture by supporting both employees and leadership across various HR needs, from hiring to offboarding and ongoing development. Core Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding : Managing the full-cycle hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations for new hires. Employee Relations : Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating workplace conflicts, conducting investigations into grievances or misconduct, and advising on disciplinary actions. Benefits and Compensation : Administering employee benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, 401(k), leaves of absence), assisting with payroll processing, and coordinating open enrollment periods. Accounting and billing tasks Compliance and Policy Implementation : Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and OSHA) and updating employee handbooks and company policies. Performance Management : Supporting the annual performance review process, assisting managers with coaching and feedback, and tracking employee goals. HR Administration and Technology : Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and generating reports on key metrics like turnover and headcount. Multi-tasking in recruiting and will also assist billing and accounting assistance. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. Experience : Most roles require 1–3 years of professional experience in HR administration or as an HR coordinator. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite. Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Certifications (Preferred) : Professional credentials such as SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) are highly valued.
