This role is designed for an experienced learning professional who is passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered experiences and leveraging innovative methodologies and technology to drive meaningful development. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that address knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps while supporting employees’ personal and professional growth. Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2\+ - C1\). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – COL Time Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract. The Role We’re seeking a Learning and Development Specialist . This role is designed for an experienced learning professional who is passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered experiences and leveraging innovative methodologies and technology to drive meaningful development. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that address knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps while supporting employees’ personal and professional growth. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or learning technologies are considered a plus. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a research-oriented instructional designer with exceptional training delivery skills and strong project management experience. Skills + Expertise in learner-centered instructional design principles and methodologies (including ADDIE, AGILE, SAM, and similar frameworks). + Experience delivering both synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions. + Strong presentation and facilitation skills. + Technology-savvy with experience incorporating digital tools into learning methodologies. + Ability to manage projects from concept to completion. + Effective use of AI tools to build learning assets and optimize workflows. Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations Responsibilities Instructional Design: Build and design learner-centered instructional materials and experiences integrating both synchronous and asynchronous resources to enhance the learning experience, as aligned with DOXA standards and methodology. Training Delivery: + Learner-centered: Delivers learning solutions through a variety of learner-centered approaches and platforms. + Presentation skills: Well-honed platform skills as demonstrated in the facilitation of engaging learning experiences. Continuous Improvement: + Innovation: A tech native who seeks out, adopts, and incorporates technology, industry trends and best practices. + Analytics: Maintains session, content, and facilitator analytics to assess the success of the deployed learning solution. + Project Management: Seamlessly manages projects from end-to-end, with sustained rigor on managing details, timelines, stakeholders and SOPs. AI Enablement: Effectively utilizes AI tools to build learning assets, optimize L\&D workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the quality and scalability of learning solutions while following AI usage guidelines and maintaining learner-centered design principles.
