Social Media & Website Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Website Marketing Specialist to support the online marketing of a U.S.-based healthcare and wellness practice. This role is ideal for a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or Marketing Specialist who also has hands-on experience managing and updating websites. You will be responsible for managing social media content, updating the website, creating promotional campaigns, supporting email marketing, and developing marketing materials for healthcare and wellness services. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule social media content Manage social media pages and audience engagement Create promotional posts, graphics, and other marketing content Support social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement Website Management Update and maintain website content Add or edit service information, images, promotions, and other website materials Keep website content current, accurate, and engaging Assist with basic website updates and improvements Marketing & Promotions Create marketing campaigns for healthcare and wellness services Develop promotional content for IV Drips, Tirzepatide (Tirz), weight management, aesthetic medicine, and other wellness programs Create promotional materials such as graphics, posters, social media content, and email campaigns Help develop marketing strategies to promote services and programs Email Marketing & Reporting Create and send promotional email campaigns Track basic marketing activities and campaign results Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data management Required Qualifications Healthcare or wellness marketing experience is REQUIRED. We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience marketing healthcare, wellness, aesthetic, or similar services. Relevant experience may include: Social media management for a healthcare or wellness business Website management or website content updates Digital marketing for healthcare or wellness services Creating promotional campaigns and marketing materials Marketing IV Drips, Tirzepatide, weight management, aesthetic medicine, or similar services Creating social media graphics, posters, email campaigns, or promotional content for healthcare/wellness programs Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in candidates who are: Experienced Social Media Managers with website management skills Creative and comfortable creating marketing content Tech-savvy and able to independently manage website updates Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms Proactive, organized, and results-oriented Comfortable working with a U.S.-based healthcare and wellness practice Important: Candidates without actual healthcare or wellness marketing experience will not be prioritized.
