Provide in-depth knowledge and insights in Personal and Commercial Line of Insurance (Claims, Invoice, Quoting, Servicing tasks etc). Assist in the development and refinement of processes, policies, and guidelines. Develop instructional materials, FAQs, and training modules. Review and analyze workflows, procedures, and systems to identify areas of improvement. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues. Provide guidance in the implementation of new policies and technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and SOPs. Ensure knowledge transfer across teams by documenting processes clearly.
