What We're Looking ForRequired Experi enceProven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within a fast-paced startup environm ent.Experience working in startups with fewer than 50 employ ees.Strong exposure to multiple business functions, including operations, supply chain, production, marketing, and creative te ams.Experience working with established workflows, systems, and operational proces ses.Ability to thrive in high-growth environments where priorities shift quic kly.Exceptional written and verbal English communication ski lls.
