Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality leads through proactive cold calling , emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Identify and target potential clients in the IT/Software/Services industry. Conduct effective sales pitches and product demonstrations to convert leads into opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking in CRM. Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets consistently. Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead sources. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates Salary : 7000 Pesos per month \+ 3% of the amount of new deals closed by the candidate.
