B2B eCommerce & Growth Specialist (Remote – Philippines) Initial 3-Month Contract - 8 hours per day (AU Timezone) - Opportunity to become fulltime based on sales generation. About Us We are an Australian-owned eCommerce business supplying first aid products to businesses across Australia. We have an established website, existing products, and are now looking for an ambitious person to help us grow. This is not a typical Virtual Assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, using AI tools, and helping build a real business. If we achieve our growth targets, there is potential for this role to become permanent. About The Role You'll work directly with the business owner to improve our online store, generate new business opportunities and help grow our customer base. No two days will be the same. Some weeks you'll be improving our website, other weeks you'll be researching Australian businesses, creating content, analysing competitors or contacting potential customers. We value initiative and ideas. If you can find better ways of doing things, we want to hear them. Your ResponsibilitiesWebsite & eCommerce Improve Shopify product pages Create and update collections and landing pages Improve website content and user experience Identify opportunities to increase online sales AI & SEO Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create high-quality content Research keywords and customer search intent Improve SEO across product pages and articles Create useful buying guides and FAQs Business Development Research Australian businesses that may require workplace first aid products Build prospect databases Send personalised email outreach Follow up enquiries Maintain CRM and sales spreadsheets Marketing Research competitors Identify new product opportunities Analyse website performance Recommend improvements based on data Reporting Provide a simple weekly report including: Tasks completed Businesses researched Emails sent Leads generated Website improvements made Sales generated (where applicable) Ideas for improving the business Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who is: Excellent written and spoken English Highly organised and reliable Experienced with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools Confident using Excel or Google Sheets Able to research information independently A strong problem solver Detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Experience in SEO, digital marketing, lead generation or Australian B2B businesses will be highly regarded.
