Job Overview The UI/UX Designer Intern will gain hands-on exposure to an agile work environment, collaborating with teams of developers, designers, and project managers. The intern will help with designing websites and applications to create functional and appealing features that address the project needs. Responsibilities and Duties Create intuitive user flows and wire-frames for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with project managers and software engineers. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Conduct layout adjustments based on supervisor feedback. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Assist in maintaining and expanding design systems and component libraries. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Good eye for design and close attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, wire-framing, and high-fidelity design. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva. Willing to learn front-end languages such as: HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Willing to learn and use AI tools to improve design and development workflow Eager and able to make functional websites and designs. Eager to learn system and product design Work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role is a plus.
