Responsibilities • Design Administration: Take the lead designer's concepts/master files and handle the day-to-day "design admin" efficiently • Template Management: Place creative designs into Adobe Illustrator templates with 100% accuracy • Technical Finishing: Prepare files for the real world, ensuring all artwork is polished and professional • Asset Iteration: Create various sizes and formats from a single master design, maintaining consistency across all versions Requirements • Production Fluency: You must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for production-specific tasks (layer management, clipping masks, non-destructive editing) • Print Literacy: Fully comfortable with bleed, margins, slugs, and print-ready specs .
