What You'll Do in the Role Role Overview We are seeking an Artworker / Production Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, updating, and producing high-quality artwork based on existing designs, templates, and brand guidelines. This is a production-focused role rather than a conceptual design position. You'll work primarily on refining and preparing artwork for print and digital use, ensuring every file is accurate, polished, and production-ready. Success in this role depends on exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage content-heavy documents with precision. The ideal candidate has experience producing materials such as brochures, reports, magazines, presentations, signage, guides, and other multi-page marketing collateral. Key Responsibilities Update and revise existing artwork based on client feedback and marked-up PDFs. Review amendment requests thoroughly to ensure all revisions are completed accurately. Produce and maintain content-heavy layouts, including brochures, reports, presentations, signage, advertisements, and other print and digital assets. Prepare clean, organized, and production-ready artwork using Adobe InDesign. Set up files correctly for commercial printing, including brochures, signage, large-format graphics, and marketing materials. Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, layout, and visual hierarchy across all documents. Perform comprehensive quality checks before artwork is submitted for review or production. Export files in the correct formats for both print and digital distribution. Follow established brand guidelines, templates, and production workflows. Retouch, enhance, and color-correct images when required. Work with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to prepare final artwork. Skills /Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in an Artworker, Production Designer, or similar artwork production role. Experience producing content-heavy materials such as brochures, reports, magazines, editorial layouts, corporate publications, or property marketing collateral. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work. Proven ability to complete artwork revisions accurately while managing multiple amendment requests. Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, spacing, alignment, and visual consistency. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign . Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator . Solid understanding of print production processes, including bleed, crop marks, image resolution, file packaging, and PDF export settings. Knowledge of color management, including RGB, CMYK, Pantone, and RAL color systems. Experience with image retouching and color correction. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions while working independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience producing marketing materials for real estate, architecture, placemaking, or corporate organizations. Experience preparing artwork for large-format signage and display graphics. Familiarity with print proofing processes and coordinating with commercial printers. Why you should join our team!
