Position Overview We are looking for a professional, motivated Account Executive / Account Manager with strong sales‑closing skills and hands‑on experience in digital marketing and SEO. This role combines new business sales, account management, and office‑based client support, so you must be comfortable closing deals, explaining reports, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. This is a full‑time, night‑shift position working U.S. Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. You must be able to reliably work the “graveyard shift” in CST to support our clients and internal team. What You Will Do Prospect, qualify, and close new SEO and digital marketing accounts (phone, email, Zoom, in‑person when applicable). Conduct discovery calls and Zoom meetings to understand client goals and recommend SEO / digital marketing solutions. Present proposals, explain SEO and campaign strategies, and confidently ask for the sale. Meet with existing clients regularly via Zoom to review performance, answer questions, and build long‑term relationships. Review and present monthly SEO and digital marketing reports, explaining performance and next steps in clear, professional English. Manage an assigned book of clients and serve as their primary point of contact while handling new leads and follow‑ups at the same time. Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and web teams to ensure campaigns are implemented correctly and on time. Handle inbound calls, emails, and other communications with a polished, professional office demeanor. Juggle multiple client accounts, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously, keeping everything organized and on track. Maintain accurate notes, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity in CRM and office systems. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and help retain and grow existing accounts. What We’re Looking For (Must‑Haves) Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals (ideally in services or advertising). Some hands‑on background in SEO and/or digital marketing (agency, in‑house, or freelance) – you understand basics like keywords, Google rankings, and website traffic. Outstanding spoken and written English: you must sound natural, fluent, and confident, and be able to write clear, professional emails and reports. Strong phone and Zoom skills, including running client meetings, sharing screens, and presenting reports in a structured, professional way. Ability and commitment to work full‑time on U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) night shift, Monday through Friday (graveyard shift). Strong professional presence: polished, presentable, and confident in front of business owners and managers. Excellent multitasking and time‑management skills: able to manage multiple client accounts, calls, Zoom meetings, and follow‑ups without dropping details. Solid office skills: email, phone etiquette, scheduling, document handling, and basic reporting in tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities. Nice to Have (Preferred) Previous experience selling SEO, PPC, websites, or other digital marketing services. Experience in an agency environment working with multiple clients at the same time. Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword tools, etc.). Experience presenting performance reports and recommendations to clients or leadership. Work Environment \& Schedule Night‑shift, CST‑based schedule, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (graveyard shift). Client‑facing, professional office and virtual environment with frequent phone and Zoom communication. Collaborative team culture with training on our processes, SEO offerings, and sales approach. Compensation \& Benefits Base salary plus commission and/or bonus potential based on closed deals and retention.
