AI Automation Specialist (Full-Time, Remote) Job Overview We are seeking an autonomous AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven workflows across our business departments. You will work directly with leadership to integrate LLM APIs, automate daily administrative tasks, optimize internal databases, and streamline company operations. Key Responsibilities Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) and automation platforms into internal departmental workflows. Build custom AI agents, document processing pipelines (OCR), and automated reporting systems. Continually audit operational processes to identify, design, and deploy time-saving automations. Collaborate directly with management to refine workflow logic and eliminate manual data entry. Requirements & Experience: Proven AI Integration Experience: 2+ years building and deploying custom AI automations, LLM pipelines, and API integrations. Automation Tooling: Proficient with Python, Node.js, Webhooks, REST APIs, and workflow tools (n8n, Make, or custom scripts). Self-Directed: Able to take high-level business problems and independently engineer automated solutions. Remote Track Record: 2+ years working remotely full-time with reliable internet and strong time management. Communication: Clear, functional English for direct updates with leadership.
