• What You’ll Be Doing (Key responsibilities) • You won’t just be ticking off a task list; you’ll own our entire content engine from scratch to publish ! • Daily Social Buzz: Draft & design daily scroll-stoppers for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (graphics, carousels, and short-form videos). • Video Editing Magic: Trim, polish, and animate short-form reels/TikToks using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Descript. • Organic Search & Reddit Culture: Build authority on Reddit, Google Business, and craft high-ranking SEO landing pages that AI search tools (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) love to pull from! • Email & Updates: Keep our database warm with emails and local search updates. • What We’re Looking For • The Non-Negotiable: Proven experience creating finance content for Western markets (AU, NZ, UK, or US). Mortgage/lending experience is a huge plus! • Adobe Expert: Canva is great for quick edits, but you’re a real designer who rocks Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Figma for original, custom work. • Warm & Conversational Copy: You write like a human talking to humans, not a robot reading a bank manual! • Reddit Native: You know how Reddit works, respect the community culture, and won't get us banned! • Honest AI Workflow: You use AI tools to speed up research, but your finished work is 100% human-level quality. • Match Made in Timezones: Comfortable working day-shift hours aligned with Perth / Western Australia (which is identical to Philippine Standard Time—say goodbye to graveyard shifts forever!). • What This Role Is NOT • No "Template Merchants": If your portfolio is just stock images slapped onto Canva templates, this isn't for you. • No "AI-Only" Creators: If your content looks or reads like raw ChatGPT text, it's a hard pass. • No Copywriter-only or Designer-only: We need one awesome person who genuinely excels at both halves (written & visual). • What’s in it for You? • PHP 105,000 / month base pay • Quarterly Bonuses directly tied to the client enquiries your content brings in! • Day Shift Only (Same timezone as PH—enjoy your nights & weekends!) • 100% Work-from-Home / Remote • Creative Ownership (You bring the ideas to the table!) • Ready to Apply?
