The Opportunity We’re hiring a Creative Media Specialist (Video & Motion Graphics) to join a B2B SaaS company scaling its product marketing function and own the end-to-end production of high-impact video and motion graphics assets — from rapid social clips and case study videos to polished long-form product explainers — bridging creative storytelling with technical execution in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like End-to-End Motion Production: Lead the full production lifecycle of motion graphics — from concept development and storyboarding in Figma through post-production and final delivery. Diverse Asset Creation: Produce a wide variety of polished outputs including 2D product animations, case study videos, splash videos, and data visualizations tailored to different audiences and formats. Project & Timeline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines — from 1–3 day social clips and week-long sizzle reels to month-long product video productions — without losing quality or momentum. Script-to-Screen Storytelling: Translate written scripts into compelling visual storyboards and motion assets that communicate complex product value clearly and creatively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design leads, copywriters, and product marketing teams using tools like ClickUp and Figma to keep projects aligned and moving forward. Feedback Iteration & Stakeholder Ownership: Iterate quickly on creative using timestamped review tools like Frame.io, while proactively clarifying ambiguous stakeholder input and driving revisions to completion. What You Bring Solid Production Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and 2D motion graphics, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across formats and industries. Deep Adobe Expertise: Strong command of After Effects (critical), Premiere Pro, Figma, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator. Motion Storytelling Chops: Proven experience creating product animations and motion-based storytelling, with the instinct to make complex information feel intuitive and visually engaging. Technical Audio Knowledge: Working knowledge of basic audio leveling and cleanup to ensure polished, broadcast-ready final deliverables. Ownership Mindset: A self-directed approach to interpreting creative direction, executing without ambiguity, and staying adaptable in a high-feedback environment — plus a genuine willingness to learn and leverage AI tools for video production. Bonus Points if: You have in-house brand team experience, particularly within B2B SaaS, product marketing, or hospitality tech. You bring basic filming and photography skills to the table.
