• Job Description • We're looking for a Full Stack AI Developer to join our small, fast-moving development team, working directly alongside our existing developer on the build and delivery of AI-powered automations, integrations, and client-facing tools. This is a hands-on, full-stack role, you'll move across backend data work, API integrations, agent logic, and front-end interfaces as needed, not sit in one lane. You'll be building real automations for real clients from day one, using n8n, openclaw, hermes, the Claude API, and a centralised data platform we've built in-house. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, integrating third-party business systems (CRMs, ERPs, property management platforms, and similar line-of-business applications) via their APIs. • Design and build AI agents using the Claude API — from simple triage and summarisation agents through to more complex multi-step, tool-using workflows. • Work with a centralised Postgres data layer, including data modelling, deduplication logic, and sync processes that keep client systems and our internal platform in agreement. • Build and maintain front-end interfaces (dashboards, reporting views, internal tools) using React or Vue. • Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code across the stack. • Work within a security-first development model — every agent and integration is reviewed against a defined security framework before it goes live with a client. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full pipeline, from API integration through to agent behaviour and front-end display. • Collaborate closely with our existing developer, systems engineer, and Director to scope, build, and ship client projects. Qualifications • Proven experience as a full stack developer, ideally 3+ years. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. • Solid SQL skills, ideally with hands-on Postgres experience. • Real experience integrating with third-party REST APIs — authentication, pagination, error handling, webhooks. • Working knowledge of React or Vue for front-end/UI work. • Python skills are highly regarded, particularly for scripting and automation work. • Any hands-on experience with LLM APIs or agent frameworks (Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar — professional or personal projects) is a strong advantage. • Experience with OpenClaw or similar self-hosted agent frameworks (agent skills, tool use, browser automation) is a strong advantage — including an understanding of the security considerations involved in deploying autonomous agents. • Familiarity with Docker/containerised environments is a plus. • Git version control. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working across the full stack. • Excellent written communication — you'll be working with an Australian and Philippine based team working remotely. Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Genuine ground-floor opportunity — you'll be building a new AI services practice, not maintaining a legacy system. • Direct mentorship and collaboration with our CTO and existing development team. • Opportunities for professional growth as the practice scales. • Collaborative, low-bureaucracy work environment. • Work remotely from home.
