We believe great QA drives revenue, consistency, and trust. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Virtual Assistant to support daily HR operations remotely. The HR VA will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, record management, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR related sheet, and providing administrative support. Who This Role Is For This role is a great fit if you: Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to handle confidential information professionally Excellent time management and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Key Responsibilities Post job openings and manage applicant tracking systems Screen resumes and coordinate interviews Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support payroll and benefits administration tasks Prepare HR reports and correspondence Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Assist in setting performance management systems and conducting evaluations. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues. Monitor and track employee attendance, time-in, time-out, and work hours. Maintain accurate attendance records and update HR systems regularly. Review timesheets for discrepancies, missing entries, and attendance issues. Coordinate with employees and supervisors to resolve attendance-related concerns. Process and record leave requests, absences, tardiness, and overtime. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year remote experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support (preferably US based company/clients) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to handle confidential information professionally Excellent time management and attention to detail Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Nice to Have: HR certification or relevant coursework Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Familiarity with HR best practices If you care about doing things right—and helping others do them better—you’ll be valued here.
