Responsibilities • Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations in MYOB Acumatica and AccountRight. • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding accounts. • Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger balances. • Payroll Processing: Administer end-to-end payroll cycles, including wage calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave entitlements. • Tax & Compliance Reporting: Prepare and lodge BAS, GST, PAYG, and superannuation contributions in compliance with Australian regulations. • Employee Support: Address payroll queries, provide payslips, and ensure confidentiality of employee financial data. • System Utilization: Leverage MYOB Acumatica for integrated financial management and MYOB AccountRight for payroll and compliance functions. • Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making. • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in payroll and bookkeeping workflows, recommend automation, and implement best practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, accountants, and auditors to align payroll and financial processes with organizational goals. • Training & Guidance: Provide support and training to junior staff or colleagues on MYOB systems and compliance requirements. • To apply, email ••••@henedroit.com . Indicate job code ( HND 26•512 ) Intermediate AU Accountant Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience with Australian clients. • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations. • Proficiency in MYOB Acumatica and MYOB AccountRight. • Experience with AU payroll systems, superannuation, and compliance reporting. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
