Key Responsibilities • 1. Automation Strategy & Transformation • Define and execute the intelligent automation roadmap aligned with business and transformation goals • Identify high-impact opportunities for process redesign and automation across functions • Drive end-to-end automation initiatives, from discovery and design to deployment and continuous improvement • Champion a culture of operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation • 2. Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency • Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual dependencies • Redesign and standardize processes to improve scalability, quality, and turnaround time • Lead transformation initiatives across high-volume, delivery-driven environments • Establish and track KPIs and ROI metrics for automation initiatives • 3. AI/LLM-Enabled Automation • Leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance automation solutions and workflows • Enable use cases such as: • Content generation and validation • Workflow orchestration using LLMs • Knowledge augmentation and AI-assisted processes • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed AI capabilities into operational workflows • Ensure AI is translated into practical, scalable business applications • 4. Platform & Solution Management • Oversee the implementation and optimization of automation platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow tools, low-code platforms) • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and well-integrated with existing systems • Evaluate and introduce new tools aligned with transformation objectives • Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices across automation initiatives • 5. Leadership & Organizational Development • Build and lead a high-performing Metrics Intelligence & Strategy team. • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement. • Mentor managers, analysts, and future leaders within the organization. • Develop organizational capabilities in data interpretation, performance management, and operational analytics. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Delivery, PMO, Engineering, Business Transformation, and Executive Leadership teams. • 6. Governance, Risk & Compliance • Establish automation governance frameworks and standards • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements • Monitor performance, risks, and sustainability of automation solutions • Promote responsible and ethical use of AI and automation Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • Advanced degree is a plus • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification. • Experience:10-20 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement • Proven track record leading enterprise automation or transformation programs • Experience working in high-scale, operations-driven environments • Exposure to AI/LLM-enabled solutions is highly preferred • Technical Skills • Automation & Tools • Experience with RPA and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) • Familiarity with workflow orchestration and low-code/no-code toolsAI / LLM • Understanding of generative AI, LLM applications, and prompt-based work flows • Experience applying AI to real-world business processes • Programming & Integration • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with CI/CD and modern deployment practices
