We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a high-performing real estate professional. This role combines Transaction Coordination, Administrative Support, and Marketing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing deals from contract to close while supporting business growth. Responsibilities Transaction Coordination \ Draft and manage real estate contracts and related documents \ Coordinate transactions from contract to close \ Monitor deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing timelines \ Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies \ Ensure all transaction files are complete and compliant Administrative Support \ Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups \ Organize client and transaction records \ Maintain CRM accuracy and database management \ Handle email management and daily administrative tasks \ Assist with operational and organizational tasks Marketing Support \ Assist with social media management and content scheduling \ Support listing marketing campaigns \ Coordinate marketing materials and promotional activities \ Help maintain brand consistency across platforms \ Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing efforts Qualifications \ Minimum 2 years of Real Estate Virtual Assistant experience \ Strong Transaction Coordinator experience \ Experience drafting and managing real estate contracts \ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills \ Strong organizational and time-management skills \ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities \ Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms \ Marketing and social media experience is a plus Pay: Php300\.00 - Php400\.00 per hour Benefits Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
