Reports to OPQA Unit Head Summary of Responsibilities and Authorities The Assistant for Organizational Planning and Quality Assurance Unit shall assist in the attainment of the OPQA Unit objectives by performing administrative and clerical works in support to the constantly evolving continual improvement efforts of the organization. Detailed Responsibilities and Authorities The Assistant for Organizational Planning and Quality Assurance shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: 1\. Documents the proceedings of the PPA and meetings conducted by the unit and formalize these into minutes; 2\. Collects, keeps, and organize information relevant to the different unit’s progress reports, updates on actions to audit findings and other non-conformities, progress of risk management, and unit milestones; 3\. Collaborates and communicates with relevant units in the National Secretariat in collecting data and deliverables; 4\. Collects the implementation evidences of meetings and PPAs implemented by the unit; 5\. Participates in the analysis of unit risks, opportunities, weaknesses, strengths, and other points for improvements; 6\. Communicates with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding programs, projects, and activities (PPA) implemented by the unit; 7\. Maintains and updates records of the unit and of the organization, pursuant to established records management policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization; 8\. Processes the requests of the unit (budget, supplies and equipment, services, manpower, etc.) and comply with the requirements of the relevant processes; 9\. Serves as the Document Controller for the organization; and 10\. Performs other functions that may be assigned or delegated by the OPQA Unit Head or the Executive Director. Minimum Qualification (e.g., Education, Experience, Licensure) College graduate Good command of English both oral and written Relevant experience in records management Relevant experience in planning and quality assurance Good skills in MS Office applications Benefits Competitive benefits await upon regularization and completion of one (1\) year of employment.
