• Job Description • Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks • Build and customize websites and marketing funnels using various platforms and tools • Set up and configure systems and platforms based on client requirements • Ensure responsive design, functionality, and an optimal user experience across all web and mobile assets • Assist with marketing automations, including email sequences, follow-ups, reminders, and SMS campaigns • Collaborate with the team to identify solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools, and development best practices Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Experience in : • Laravel framework • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and API integration • Third-party libraries and external system integrations • Git or other version control systems • Basic Linux command-line navigation and file management • Familiarity with the following is a plus : • GoHighLevel (GHL), website builders, landing pages, and sales funnels • ReactJS, InertiaJS, and other modern JavaScript frameworks • Web design, website maintenance, and troubleshooting • Core Competencies: • High level of integrity and accountability • Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines • Proactive and able to take initiative • Great attention to detail • Logical approach to problem-solving • Fast learner with a willingness to learn new technologies • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Team player with a collaborative attitude • Capable of explaining technical concepts in simple, non-technical language • So, why join us? • Full Time and Long Term Employment • Opportunity for regularization and promotion • Basic Salary + Government mandated benefits, Health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives • - Salary will be based on: Skills, Attitude, Performance, Attendance • Shift: Graveyard, Monday to Friday • US and Canadian clients • Assessment Period: 5 days • Sign-up bonus • Salary package structure: • Guaranteed Monthly Income: PHP 18,000 • Incentives: Up to PHP 14,000 • Total salary package: Up to 32,000
