What You Will Do Design and deliver engaging training programs, assessments, and learning materials Conduct training needs analysis using performance and business data Facilitate onboarding, coaching, and capability-building sessions Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes Partner with Operations, Quality, and Product teams to align training with business needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field with certification in adult learning, instructional design, or learning content development (e.g., LinkedIn Learning or internal programs) At least 2 years of experience in Copywriting/Content Writing.
