A Field Collection Officer is responsible for conducting client visits to their declared home or business address, engaging directly with customers to negotiate settlements and repayment arrangements. This role requires balancing effective debt recovery with respectful customer interaction, while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Key Responsibilities Client visits : Conduct on-site visits to delinquent clients to discuss overdue accounts and repayment options. Debt negotiation : Persuade and negotiate with customers for full or partial settlements to make accounts current. Skip tracing : Locate clients whose contact details are outdated or unknown using search tools and fieldwork. Database updates : Record new client information (addresses, phone numbers, employers) accurately and promptly. Escalation : Recommend accounts for legal action or further field visits if clients refuse to settle through regular processes. Qualifications \& Skills At least High SchoolGraduate Experience in field negotiations is highly valued. Must have own motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license Strong personality and oral communication skills to handle sensitive debtor interactions.
