As our HighLevel Operations & Team Leader, you'll step into a fully remote team that values customer-first thinking, accountability, teamwork, integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Your day will revolve around people, priorities, and progress. You'll lead a team of HighLevel specialists, keep delivery moving, and make sure work is accurate, on time, and done right. You'll look at client needs, translate them into clear direction, and remove bottlenecks before they become problems. You'll review HighLevel setups, spot issues in workflows, CRM, automations, calendars, funnels, campaigns, and integrations, and guide the team toward better execution. You'll also build the machine behind the work. That means improving SOPs, strengthening quality control, supporting onboarding and training, and giving leadership clear updates on progress, capacity, and what needs attention. This role matters because your leadership will shape the customer experience and help the business grow without breaking. You have real team leadership or management experience. You’ve managed operations, systems, CRM, automation, or client delivery work. You can build and improve processes, SOPs, and quality standards. You hold people accountable while protecting team culture. You make decisions without waiting for constant direction. You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment. You communicate clearly in written and spoken English. You probably have an edge if you've worked with U.S.-based businesses, agency, consulting, SaaS, marketing, or service teams.
