Full-time Position Setu-up: Remote / WFH Schedule Night Shift Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain AEM-based applications and digital experiences. Develop reusable and responsive AEM components using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR . Implement and maintain Editable Templates, Core Components, Client Libraries, AEM Sites, and Assets . Work with AEM Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines to support build and deployment activities. Develop and maintain automated build and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions . Integrate AEM applications with REST APIs and other enterprise services. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions. Participate in application design, systems development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Apply AEM security, development, coding, and deployment best practices. Collaborate with content authors to support authoring workflows and resolve content-related issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, user story refinement, and cross-team collaboration. Conduct unit testing and support system testing and data verification activities. Troubleshoot application issues using appropriate logging, debugging, and monitoring practices. What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on AEM development experience, particularly in AEMaaCS . Solid Java and AEM framework expertise. Experience building scalable, reusable, and responsive digital components. Strong understanding of modern cloud deployment and CI/CD practices . Comfortable collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, content authors, and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
