Job Summary This role ensures timely delivery, accurate inventory management and cost-effective transportation while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations. Core Responsibilities: - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of automotive engines - Manage inland logistics operations, including bill of lading (BOL) generation and end-to-end shipment monitoring - Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve delays or issues - Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) - Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Maintain logistics reports and performance metrics (KPI) - Handle escalations and provide solutions to operational challenges - Preferably experienced in coordinating with carriers such as SEFL, Forward Air, SAIA, FedEx, UPS Ground, and RL Carriers, particularly for LTL trucking services Job Type: Full-time Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
