Location: Remote (Offshore Applicants Only) Job Type: Contract / Project-Based Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Manual Developer to create a comprehensive Franchise Operations Manual for a growing franchise system. This is a remote, project-based opportunity open exclusively to candidates located outside the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in franchise documentation, SOP development, process mapping, and technical writing. You will collaborate directly with company leadership through virtual meetings to document operational procedures, policies, systems, and best practices into a professional franchise operations manual. 1 Key Responsibilities Develop a complete Franchise Operations Manual from concept to completion. Conduct interviews with leadership and key stakeholders to document business processes. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, workflows, and checklists. Organize documentation into a logical and user-friendly manual structure. Recommend process and operational improvements when appropriate. Revise and update documentation based on stakeholder feedback. 1 Required Qualifications Proven experience developing franchise operations manuals or extensive SOP documentation. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong technical writing, process documentation, and organizational skills. Experience gathering information through stakeholder interviews. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
