Key Responsibilities • Amazon Account Management • • Own the day-to-day management of client's Amazon accounts across EMEA (UK & EU marketplaces). • • Monitor account health, flag issues promptly, and coordinate resolutions with agency partners. • • Ensure all product listings are accurate, compliant and consistently reflect brand standards. • Product Listing Optimisation • • Continuously optimise product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content and imagery to improve discoverability and conversion. • • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for listing improvements. • • Work with the wider marketing and creative teams to keep content fresh and aligned with seasonal campaigns. • Advertising & Growth Strategy • • Support the Amazon advertising agency in planning, executing and reviewing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. • • Identify and test new advertising strategies to drive incremental growth. • • Monitor advertising performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. • • Manage promotional activity throughout the year. • New Product Launches • • Support the end-to-end launch of new products on Amazon EMEA, from listing creation and content submission to launch-day monitoring and post-launch optimisation. • • Track new product performance and flag early trends, risks or opportunities. • Influencer & Creator Opportunities • • Manage Amazon influencer and creator opportunities, including the Amazon Influencer Programme and product seeding initiatives. • • Build and maintain relationships with relevant creators to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to Amazon. • Operational Excellence • • Identify and implement operational improvements across catalogue management, FBA inventory, and case management. • • Work with the operational agency to ensure fulfilment and compliance standards are consistently met. • • Proactively identify process improvements that reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. • Reporting & Performance • • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on Amazon EMEA performance including sales, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency and inventory health. • • Support the EMEA team in tracking progress against sales budgets and identifying risks and opportunities. • • Present insights and recommendations clearly to the GM, EMEA and wider stakeholders. • Cross-functional Collaboration • • Work closely with the eCommerce and retail teams to align Amazon activity with broader brand strategy and marketing calendars. • • Coordinate with US teams where Amazon learnings and strategies can be shared and applied across markets.
