We are seeking an SEO Marketer to own our organic search strategy. This role is built for someone who understands search intent deeply, stays ahead of algorithm and AI-driven search shifts, and knows how to turn organic visibility into measurable pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines. Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent mapping to identify content and ranking opportunities across the full funnel. Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for both traditional search and AI-powered search surfaces. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-optimized content briefs and audit existing content for gap and improvement opportunities. Manage technical SEO health including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup. Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank tracking tools. Requirements 3+ years of experience in an SEO role Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4 etc) Strong understanding of technical SEO including site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup Experience developing content strategies and writing SEO-driven content briefs Familiarity with AI search surfaces and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate keyword research, content ideation, and workflow efficiency Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized insights Strong cross-functional communication skills Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET) Benefits Remote work, forever Competitive USD pay Health insurance stipend WFH stipend Education stipend Co-working membership Training modules access Annual performance review 10 PTO days per year We are open to full-time candidates from Latin America and the Philippines.
