We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced US-based home staging and interior logistics business. We are looking for the following specific requirements Proven experience in logistics coordination, operations support, procurement support, vendor management, or administrative coordination Strong experience managing high-volume inboxes and handling multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to coordinate deliveries, schedules, and logistics timelines accurately Experience following up with vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable making phone calls and handling vendor escalations professionally Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace Willingness to start part-time and transition into a full-time role after evaluation and training Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and schedule deliveries with buildings, residential properties, and freight elevators Request, verify, and submit Certificates of Insurance (COIs) before scheduled deliveries Track open orders, shipping timelines, and logistics milestones proactively Follow up with vendors regarding shipping updates, delivery schedules, and pending tasks Manage and organize the logistics inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-through Communicate delivery timelines and logistics updates to the Installation Leader and internal team Resolve delivery issues, shipment delays, damaged products, and missing items with vendors Process returns, replacements, refunds, and vendor claims efficiently Track down missing receipts, invoices, tracking numbers, and logistics documentation Maintain accurate logistics and inventory-related records Coordinate closely with the Purchasing \& Inventory Manager and Installation Leader Ensure all logistics operations run smoothly ahead of staging and installation days Pay: Php30,000\.00 - Php55,000\.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Paid training Pay raise Work from home Application Question(s): Years of experience working as a Freelancer or as a Virtual Assistant (DO NOT include any time spent working from home due to the pandemic if your role was originally office-based.)
