Recruitment Associate We are not looking for someone who only sends LinkedIn messages. Qubel is a boutique executive search and people advisory firm. We work with founders, executives, and growing organizations to find people who can genuinely move their businesses forward. We are looking for a Recruitment Associate who is curious about people, disciplined about details, and excited to learn the craft of recruitment properly. This is a hands-on role. You will learn how to understand a business, map a market, assess talent, manage candidates, and represent Qubel with credibility and care. What You’ll Own Understand each search beyond the job description—including the business context, team dynamics, and real hiring need Conduct talent mapping, market research, and targeted candidate sourcing Build thoughtful sourcing strategies instead of relying only on job advertisements Approach candidates professionally through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels Conduct initial interviews and assess experience, motivation, communication, and role fit Prepare accurate and well-written candidate profiles and interview notes Maintain candidate trackers, search reports, and recruitment records Coordinate interviews and keep both candidates and hiring teams properly updated Support reference checks, offer management, and candidate onboarding Build long-term candidate relationships—not just transactional conversations Help strengthen Qubel’s talent communities and recruitment database Support several searches while keeping quality, urgency, and candidate care intact You Might Be the Right Fit If You Have experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, research, sales, customer service, or another people-facing role Communicate confidently and professionally in both English and Filipino Write clearly and pay attention to names, dates, numbers, and details Are naturally curious and willing to ask thoughtful questions Can handle rejection, follow-ups, and difficult searches without losing momentum Are comfortable with targets and understand that recruitment is both people work and commercial work Can manage several priorities without disappearing when things become busy Receive feedback with maturity and use it to improve Treat every candidate with respect, even when they are not selected Fresh graduates with strong communication, research, and organizational skills may be considered. Recruitment experience is helpful, but character, learning agility, and discipline matter just as much.
