About The Role We are looking for a Report Generating Specialist to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) in preparing accurate, organized, and timely reports. You will receive data and information from the SOC team, collected from different cybersecurity tools and platforms, and consolidate these inputs into the required reporting format. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership of deadlines. Key Responsibilities Receive data and reports from the SOC team from various cybersecurity tools and platforms. Consolidate and tabulate information into standardized reporting formats. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Proactively follow up with SOC and other relevant teams for missing or delayed data. Monitor outstanding requirements and ensure information is collected before deadlines. Take ownership of reporting timelines and follow up without waiting for information to be provided. Escalate delayed or missing information when necessary. Maintain organized reporting data and supporting documents. Assist with report summaries and presentation materials when required. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive and confident in following up with different teams. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deadlines. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Comfortable working with information from multiple sources. Able to understand and work with technical information. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn technical and cybersecurity terminology. Preferred Experience in report preparation, data consolidation, or documentation. Experience coordinating with multiple teams to collect information. Background in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. Familiarity with technical reports, dashboards, or cybersecurity tools. Why Join Us?
