Opus Match
About Opus Match Opus Match is a bootstrapped, profitable, healthcare-staffing vertical SaaS company. We build the AI-powered matching engine and mobile platform that modern staffing agencies run their businesses on — and our clients power over $2B in placements annually Opus Match on our technology. Our platform is a suite, not a single tool: Opus Match Maestro: Our AI/ML candidate-matching and resume-parsing engine that helps recruiters surface the right talent and submit faster. Opus Match White-label candidate mobile apps: Fully branded under each agency’s name, where candidates manage credentials, view and claim shifts, clock in/out, and message recruiters. Opus Match White-label client apps and recruiter portals: Giving agencies and their end clients real-time visibility into shifts, submissions, and the placement funnel. Opus Match Native integrations with the ATS/CRM systems our clients already run on. We are Bullhorn-native and a Bullhorn Marketplace partner — part of the Bullhorn ecosystem of 300+ pre-integrated technology partners that more than 10,000 companies rely on to power their staffing Bullhorn, and we integrate with Salesforce-based staffing platforms (such as TargetRecruit) Staffingmastery as well as Symplr. We’re trusted by 10 of the top 50 healthcare staffing agencies listed by SIA PR Newswire (Staffing Industry Analysts). Staffinghub We’re a globally distributed, remote team that ships real product to real customers — no bureaucracy, no bloat, and a founder who is directly involved in the business every day. Why This Role Exists Opus Match has reached the stage where founder-led delivery is no longer the right model for the next phase of growth. Closing a deal is only half the equation — flawless implementation and long-term account health is the other half, and it’s the half that determines whether clients renew, expand, and refer. This is a brand-new, high-ownership role created to be the single owner of the entire post-sale client lifecycle — from the moment a deal is closed-won, through implementation and go-live, and across the full life of the account: adoption, health, QBRs, renewals, and expansion. You will be the person our clients trust, and the person who turns a signed contract into a live, adopted, referenceable deployment. In doing so, you free our founders and CEO from day-to-day delivery — letting them focus on product and growth while you run a tight, repeatable, professional client experience. If you want to own something end-to-end and see the direct impact of your work on revenue and retention, this is that role. Key Responsibilities A. Implementation & Onboarding (typical 1–2 month cycles) Own the Sales → Implementation handoff: absorb the signed scope, objectives, and commitments so nothing is lost between closed-won and kickoff. Run the client kickoff: align on project plan, milestones, meeting cadence, roles, timeline, and sign-off deliverables. Sales - Implementation Transition Process Lead ATS field mapping with the client and our engineering team — building and maintaining Bullhorn field-mapping workbooks (and equivalent mapping for Salesforce-based ATS environments) so candidate, shift, job, and placement data flows correctly and bidirectionally. Opus Match Drive configuration scoping — translating each agency’s real workflows into the specific platform configuration and modules they need. Own white-label mobile app builds and submissions: coordinate branding assets, prepare store listings and metadata, and manage submission of the candidate and client apps through client-owned Apple App Store and Google Play developer accounts, Passion.io handling review feedback and resubmissions through to approval. Coordinate UAT — building test plans, marshaling client testers, tracking defects, and driving resolution with engineering before launch. Own the go-live checklist and cutover — confirming data validation, configuration, app approvals, and client sign-off before flipping the switch. B. Cross-Functional Project Management Run client-facing project boards in monday.com — keeping status, blockers, and next steps transparent to both the client and internal teams. Translate client requests into engineering tickets — writing clear, well-scoped tickets and maintaining sprint visibility so you always know what’s shipping and when. Serve as the connective tissue between clients, engineering, product, and our co founders — surfacing risks early and keeping delivery on schedule. Maintain clean, current documentation of each client’s configuration, integration points, and key decisions. C. Post-Go-Live Account Management & Client Success Own structured QBRs — presenting usage and adoption metrics, placement-funnel impact, wins, and a forward-looking roadmap that drives renewal and expansion. Run regular health check-ins and maintain account health across your portfolio, spotting risk early and acting on it. Own support-queue intake and coordination — triaging client requests through our HubSpot-based support process and coordinating resolution with engineering. Own feature-request intake — capturing, prioritizing, and channeling client requests into product and engineering. Own escalations end-to-end — you are the person who takes the call, owns the problem, and drives it to resolution. Own renewal support — protecting and growing recurring revenue by ensuring clients realize measurable value. What Success Looks Like: First 30 days — Ramp on the platform (Maestro, the candidate app, the client app, recruiter portals, and Bullhorn integration), our implementation methodology, monday.com boards, and HubSpot intake. Meet every active client and internal stakeholder. Shadow in-flight implementations and take ownership of the client-facing boards. First 60 days — Own two live implementations end-to-end — from kickoff and ATS field mapping through white-label app submission, UAT, and go-live. Be the primary point of contact for your accounts and run the support and feature-request intake process independently. First 90 days — Run your first QBR with real adoption metrics. Own the health of your full client portfolio, drive at least one renewal or expansion conversation, and propose concrete improvements to our implementation and success playbooks based on what you’ve seen. Requirements 3–5+ years (5+ preferred) in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical account management in B2B SaaS, owning the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. Hands-on familiarity with the Bullhorn and/or Salesforce ATS/CRM ecosystem (Bullhorn, TargetRecruit, or comparable staffing/recruiting platforms). Strong workflow analysis skills — you can sit with a client, understand how they actually work, and translate that into configuration and requirements. Elite written and spoken English — you’ll run client meetings, QBRs, and executive communications, and write the tickets engineering builds from. High agency and autonomy — this is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO; you set the standard rather than wait for direction. Meaningful daily overlap with US Pacific business hours, since our clients are US healthcare staffing agencies. Excellent project-management discipline — milestone tracking, client-facing communication, and clean documentation. Nice to Have: Domain experience in healthcare staffing, staffing/recruiting tech, or HR tech. API and integration literacy — you can reason about data flows, field mappings, and integration constraints, and speak credibly with engineers. Exposure to mobile app deployment (Apple App Store / Google Play submission and review). Prior experience at a startup or small, high-ownership team where you wore multiple hats. Familiarity with monday.com, HubSpot, and modern customer-success tooling. How We Work / What We Offer: Fully remote, internationally friendly — we care about output and ownership, not location. Direct access to the CEO and founders — you’ll report to the CEO and work shoulder to-shoulder with the people who built the company. A genuinely high-ownership role — you own the entire post-sale client lifecycle, with the autonomy to shape how it’s run. A profitable, stable, bootstrapped company — we grow on the strength of our product and our customers, not burn. Real product, real customers, real impact — you’ll work at the intersection of AI, mobile, and healthcare-staffing technology, and your work will directly drive retention and revenue. Opus Match is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and locations who meet the timezone-overlap expectations above.
