Job Title: Short-Form Video Editor (Remote, Part-Time) Salary: PHP 18,000 – 20,000 per month Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week Schedule Remote, flexible hours with daily deliverables About Us We are a growing wellness brand with a strong presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Our content focuses on energy, sleep, burnout, trauma, relationships, and family dynamics, with a large audience across the South Asian, Middle Eastern, and immigrant communities. The Role We're looking for a short-form video editor to take over daily editing so our content stays consistent. You'll be editing at least 2 to 3 short videos per day for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a daily commitment, so consistency and turnaround speed matter as much as quality. What you'll be doing: Editing raw footage into polished short-form videos Adding captions and subtitles that are clean, readable, and well-timed Syncing background music to match the emotional tone of each script Cutting strong hooks in the first three seconds to hold attention Adding B-roll and visual elements where they support the message Adapting each edit to the platform it's going on What We're Looking For Proven experience editing short-form vertical video Able to consistently deliver 2 to 3 finished videos per day Strong grasp of pacing, hooks, and retention Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Good ear for matching music to emotional tone Reliable, communicates clearly, and can hit a daily turnaround Stable internet and a computer that can handle daily editing Bonus: familiarity with South Asian or Middle Eastern cultural context Hiring Process Step 1 — Test Video Download the raw footage here and edit it as you would for TikTok or Instagram Reels: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Q6EzHHmr2EgU3dUXRmIS8RaDaZDzHWq8?usp\=drive\ link Send your finished edit to noorconcierge22@gmail.com along with your application details below.
