We are looking for a Senior SAP SCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP WM, MM, and LM to lead functional delivery across supply chain transformation, implementation, and support projects. Experience: 8+ years Work Location: Philippines (Remote) Contract Period: 3 months, extendable Shift Timings - Eastern Time Zone, Monday-Friday, and can be available on call during weekends and holidays (as and when needed ). Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on SAP SCM experience. Strong expertise in SAP WM and MM , with knowledge of LM . Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP ECC implementations . Experience leading functional teams across small and large SAP projects . Strong ability to troubleshoot business requirements and recommend solutions where requirements differ from standard SAP functionality. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 support across the supply chain landscape, including WM, Procurement, Contracts Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Sales & Distribution , with primary focus on WM/MM/LM . Act as a hands-on SAP application expert and prepare/review IMG/SPRO configuration and integration deliverables . Lead business process design and functional delivery activities. Define To-Be requirements, enterprise structures, BPML, process design documents, functional designs, process maps, and control matrices . Prepare and execute testing scenarios, UAT, business process procedures, and related project deliverables . Lead design and requirement workshops with business stakeholders and clients. Ensure smooth business operations across the end-to-end supply chain landscape. Develop and review functional specifications with strong knowledge of SAP standard tables, BAPIs, BADIs, and workflows . Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide effective SAP-standard or alternative solutions. Support Benefits realization and process improvement strategies . Define and manage functional team deliverables to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets . Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, executives, and project teams .
