We're looking for a highly organised and technically capable GHL / HubSpot CRM & Automation Specialist to own the implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of CRM systems and marketing automations across our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM environments. Create and optimise sales pipelines, custom properties, deal stages, tags, and workflows. Develop automated email, SMS, and lead nurturing campaigns. Build landing pages, forms, surveys, and appointment booking systems. Integrate third-party platforms using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks. Troubleshoot automation issues and optimise existing systems. Manage CRM data imports, segmentation, and database hygiene. Assist with client onboarding system setup. Document processes and create SOPs for internal use. Collaborate with Account Managers, Paid Media Specialists, and SEO Specialists to improve operational efficiency. About You You'll thrive in this role if you: Have at least 3 years' experience using GoHighLevel and/or HubSpot. Have strong knowledge of CRM architecture and customer lifecycle automation. Can independently build complex automation workflows. Have experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhook integrations. Have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Communicate clearly in written and spoken English. Enjoy improving systems and identifying process efficiencies.
