We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Case Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage critical incidents with precision and confidence. If you have deep expertise in cybersecurity and fraud response, this is your chance to make a real impact. What You Will Do Lead incident response for top-priority cybersecurity cases involving significant financial impact. Investigate and analyze cybersecurity intrusions and fraud incidents using advanced tools and techniques. Collect, examine, and preserve digital evidence following strict documentation standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners—including regulators, vendors, and law enforcement—to contain threats and implement timely solutions. Represent the company as a plaintiff or expert witness in litigation related to cybersecurity crimes. Serve as the central point of contact for all incident response efforts, bridging technical teams, management, and external stakeholders. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Extensive experience in cybersecurity and/or anti-fraud incident response within technology, fintech, digital banking, or banking industries. Proven track record in managing fraud cases involving financial losses to customers or the company. Confidence and experience in working with law enforcement and judiciary entities during litigation. Professional certifications such as GCIH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead under pressure.
